Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and handle items of varying weights regularly.
  • Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries and shipments.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with system records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory documentation and records.
  • Support order fulfillment operations by locating and preparing items for dispatch.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory situations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols within the storage facility.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of storage areas and equipment.
  • Assist with the implementation of inventory management procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall warehouse operations.
