O'Brien's Wine is seeking a Store Manager for our Rathgar location. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, manage stock, and uphold exceptional customer service in a premium wine retail environment.

The ideal candidate brings retail management experience, a passion for wine (WSET preferred), and a high-energy leadership style focused on team growth and delivering a first-class shopping experience for customers.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, create a business plan, and engage with customers to drive growth.
• Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock ordering, maintain stock availability, and address stock issues.
• Cost Control: Manage overhead costs, including wages, uniforms, and training, to ensure efficient operations.
• Store Standards: Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards, ensuring products are priced correctly and well-stocked.
• Staff Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies.
• Customer Care: Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional service through your team.
