Job summary

Oxfam in Malahide, Ireland, seeks a Shop Manager (Maternity Cover) for a full-time, on-site role in Malahide. The role focuses on achieving targets, stock control, and creating compelling merchandising while delivering excellent customer service.

You will lead, develop and motivate staff and volunteers and manage the store’s social media presence to engage the community. The ideal candidate has fashion retail management experience, budgeting and sales analysis skills, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail management and leadership.
• Budget and sales analysis capability.
• Strong merchandising and product knowledge.
• Staff management experience including recruitment and training.
• Ability to plan commercially and drive targets.
• Experience using social media to increase sales.
• Right to work in Ireland; vintage retail experience desirable.
• Volunteer management experience is a plus.
