Job summary

White Stuff is seeking a Shop Manager in Ireland to lead a busy retail location, taking ownership of KPIs and delivering the best possible customer experience. You will motivate and coach the team, drive commercial opportunities, and ensure the brand presence in the local community.

You will report to the Area Manager, coordinate shop operations, and uphold standards in product presentation, merchandising, and customer service while embracing the company values and volunteering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience driving the commercial success of a shop.
• Experience leading a team and inspiring others.
• Passion for Retail and Fashion and ability to be authentic.

Responsibilities
