Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Takeaway Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy pizza restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service, maintain high food quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing staff and overseeing all aspects of takeaway operations.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the takeaway, including staff supervision and shift management.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and financial reporting for shifts.
• Drive sales and profitability through excellent service and local marketing initiatives.
• Schedule staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a pizza takeaway, fast food, or hospitality environment.
