Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire the store team, drive growth, and deliver outstanding customer care. You will shape the store's strategy, coach colleagues, and ensure operations run smoothly while championing Boots' health and beauty proposition.

You will work at pace to respond to customer needs, collaborate across departments, and uphold our inclusive, customer-centric culture. The role offers opportunities for development within our beauty and healthcare business.

As a Store Manager you will work in store and really drive the success of your store and inspire your teams with your love for great customer care. Your passion and strategy will help the business to grow and change for the better. What you\'ll need to have
These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.

• Retail management and commercial experience, with great customer service skills.
• Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results.
• Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
• A collaborative personality and able to thrive in a team centered approach.
• A passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development.
• Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience working within community pharmacy
• Experience and comfortable with navigating and embracing new technology
