Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking a Store Manager to run a busy outlet, drive sales performance, and lead a diverse team. You will be accountable for store operations, KPI attainment, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

With a permanent contract and a base pay of €38,050 per year, you will oversee stock, scheduling, and customer service excellence while delivering against targets and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as assistant/store manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hit targets.
• Strong understanding of KPI metrics (sales, service, profit & loss).
• Flexible with work patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to meet daily, weekly and yearly targets and drive sales.
• Open and close the store, adhering to security procedures.
• Prepare and issue store rotas.
• Manage stock to minimise loss and ensure availability.
• Coach and mentor staff with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Involve in recruitment to build a high-performing team.

The Role

You will lead by example, motivate and support a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

Contracted Hours: 37.5
Contract Type: Permanent Contract
Pay Rate: €38,050.00

• Have a passion for all things selling and customers; leading by example, providing fantastic service to all your customers, and coaching your team to do the same
• Be responsible for delivering the store’s daily, weekly and yearly targets, and ensuring your team know what they need to do each shift to deliver what’s required
• Review store performance and action plans – feeding back any challenges
• Utilising your key holders, ensure your store is opened and closed at the correct times, adhering to all security procedures
• Prepare and issue store rotas
• Be responsible for the stock inventory, ensuring actions are implemented to minimise stock loss
• Be passionate about coaching and mentoring staff; setting them up for success by conducting regular 1:1’s, monitoring performance, and recognising achievements
