Job summary

JD Sports Fashion is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers, help them find products, and support the end-to-end shopping journey with confidence and energy.

In this fast-paced retail role, you will maintain store standards, assist with till operations and stock replenishment, and work collaboratively with the team to drive sales and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
