JD Sports in Letterkenny is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor. You will greet customers, assist with product information, and help keep displays sharp and stock replenished.

You will work as part of a team to meet sales goals, handle transactions, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is beneficial but not required, with training provided.

With a positive attitude, great teamwork, and a passion for helping people, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly and showcase the high standards we are known for.If you’re ready to step into a fast-paced retail environment, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive team, this is your opportunity to make an impact and build a strong foundation for your future career.Key Responsibilities• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.• Maintaining high standards of customer service.• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.Skills & Experience• Ability to adapt approach and communication style to different people and situations.•.
