Job summary

Aldi Ireland in Cork is seeking friendly, customer‑focused staff to join our store team. You’ll help with stocking shelves, assisting customers, and operating tills to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Shifts start early and can continue into the evening; 25 hours per week with potential for additional hours. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing development, wellbeing programmes and family leave after one year.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
