Job summary

Kurt Geiger Ireland is seeking a Stock & Fulfilment Associate to help maximise sales by ensuring stock accuracy and efficient online order processing. You will own the online fulfilment flow, perform stock checks, and coordinate with the online team to manage demand, cancellations and damaged items in a premium fashion environment.

The role emphasizes presenting the brand impeccably, maintaining store standards, and delivering fast, accurate stock movements within a luxury multi-channel retailer

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Brand Ambassador DNA at all times.
• Maintain back-of-house store standards.
• Own online fulfilment operations, including daily order collection and stock accuracy using REX.
• Coordinate with Online team on demand, cancellations, or issues with faulty items.
• Analyse online refunds to align with Kurt Geiger systems.
• Manage stock movements via Intransit system and CVS orders delivery within 48 hours.
• Aim for fulfilment target of 70%+ and monitor stock holds and write-offs.

As an ambassador of the Kurt Geiger brand, I will maximise sales and profit through the effective management of Stock Movement throughout our store, I will effectively use Intranset and REX to ensure Stock File Accuracy and ensure targets are met.

• Maintain back-of-house model store standards at all times

OPERATIONS

• Support management team deliver an audit result of 0.3% or below by maintaining stock file accuracy through;
• Full ownership of the Online fulfilment operation of Kurt Geiger within Brown Thomas, collecting Online orders each day, picking stock accurately, pair checking, ensuring complete accuracy, using REX to reflect what has been transferred to Online.
• Liasing with Online team in relation to demand, cancellations or any potential abandonments due to faulty items, shop soiled or damaged. Reporting any issues with duplicate picks and changes needed with current thresholds.
• Analysing Online refunds in store via daily sales batching to ensure all refunds are accurately aligned with the Kurt Geiger system.
• Management of stock in/out of store through Intransit system
• Action CVS orders to be delivered within 48 hours
• Achieve Fulfilment target of 70% and above
• Monitor stock on loan and stock holds
• Support the effective management of odds, faulties and write-offs in store
• Report any stock errors/issues to management in a timely manner
• Manage customer click and collect orders and process in line with the company timeframe
• Manage customer holds.

KPIs

• Fulfilment of 70% or above
• CVS delivery of 48 hours
• Achieve a stocktake result of 0.3% or less

• Previous experience in a stock related role with a high st or premium brand
