Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in Galway is seeking a Process Engineer (Technical Services) for a 6-month contract to support sterile manufacturing operations within a pharmaceutical facility.

You will develop, validate, and troubleshoot sterile processes, author validation documentation and support technology transfer and NPI activities across the site, while leading deviation investigations to ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile/aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on process validation (PPQ/CPV) in GMP environments.
• Proven ability to write protocols, reports and technical docs.
• Experience in MSAT or technical services in pharma manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support development, optimisation, and troubleshooting of sterile pharmaceutical processes.
• Author and execute process validation documentation including PPQ/CPV protocols and reports.
• Support technology transfer and NPI activities across site.
• Lead deviation investigations and root cause analysis for GMP compliance.
