Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Sterile Drug Product Technical Lead to provide on-the-floor technical leadership across the SDP facility, including vial and syringe fill-finish processes, CQV, and site readiness.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Manufacturing Shift Lead, you will drive commissioning, validation, training, and continuous improvement as the startup phase transitions to steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in GMP with biopharma manufacturing experience.
• Expertise in sterile drug product manufacturing with troubleshooting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor technical leadership to SDP manufacturing teams.
• Lead start-up activities including commissioning, qualification, and validation.
• Support technology transfer, process improvements, and operational readiness.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; mentor SDP team.
