Dunwood Contracting Services is seeking an experienced Steel Fixer for a busy construction site in Dundrum, Co Dublin. You will cut, bend and fix steel to reinforce concrete structures, reading drawings and coordinating with the team to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires proven site experience, Safe Pass, and manual handling. This long-term position offers on-site work with parking and overtime opportunities.

We are currently seeking an experiencedSteel Fixerto join our team on a busy construction site inDundrum, Co Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, bending, and fixing steel to reinforce concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Cutting and bending steel bars or mesh
• Tying rebar using hand and power tools
• Placing and securing steel in formwork before concrete pours
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Valid Safe Pass and manual handling
• Proven experience as a steel fixer on construction sites

This will be a long term position for the right person
