Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and safely introduce new products and features to data centers and WAN networks.
• Drive strategic efforts to improve mean time to detect (MTTD) and mitigation (MTTM) for incidents.
• Respond to network outages or user-impacting events and root-cause analysis (RCA) requests.
