• Experience working with the elderly.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Care, Clinical Nurse Manager, or Senior Staff Nurse in carrying out their responsibilities.
• Uphold moral and professional principles and provide excellent resident care.
• Respect the Misuse of Drugs Act and NMBI instructions for administering medical preparations.
• Provide incoming nursing and care staff with orientation training.
• Tailor nursing care to meet each resident's needs and ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain effective communication with residents and their families, informing them of changes as necessary.
• Give care helpers responsibilities and oversight.
