Qualifications

• Nursing qualification with active NMBI registration.
• Registered as an RGN, RPN or RNID.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good standard of written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medication in accordance with NMBI standards and organisational policies.
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Develop and support individualised care plans.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals.
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, independence and positive clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA Standards, organisational policies and best practice where applicable.
• Respond appropriately to changes in service users’ clinical needs.

• Full clean driving licence (depending on service location).


• Computer literacy.
