Corlann – West Region is recruiting Staff Nurses and Enhanced Staff Nurses to join Clarin Adult Services in Clarinbridge, Co. Galway. The role focuses on person-centred support for adults with intellectual disabilities, promoting independence and participation in the community.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, developing care plans with families and ensuring high-quality service delivery. A flexible, rostered shift pattern includes days, evenings, weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMBI validation.
• Driving licence required for manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience with intellectual disability settings is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred support and advocacy for adults.
• Assist in developing and implementing person-centred plans.
• Promote independence, community participation and safe activities.
• Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams and service management.
