Reach Ability is expanding its Respite Service and seeks Full-Time Staff Nurses to join a dedicated team in a 24-hour residential setting. The role supports adults with disabilities, delivering compassionate, person-centred care through day and waking night shifts on a planned schedule.

Under supervision of the Team Leader and Managers, you will monitor health, maintain records and help create a home-like atmosphere to encourage social participation and family liaison.

Qualificações

• Be eligible to work in Ireland.
• NMBI registration valid for the role (RNID/RGN/RPN eligible).
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Pro-actively support service users in daily life using a person-centred approach.
• Monitor health, notice ill health and take appropriate action.
• Maintain a home-like atmosphere and foster social participation.
• Record attendance, monies, accidents/incidents, reports and medications as required.
