Job summary

Cowper Care Centre DAC is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses for our nursing homes across Dublin, Baldoyle and surrounding areas. You will develop person-centred care plans and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care in a safe, respectful environment.

Join a compassionate team focused on dementia and older-person care, with opportunities to support social and educational activities for residents. Full-time roles in multiple locations are available.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMBI registration.
• Experience in residential care or dementia care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards for residential care settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement person-centred care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Support residents in social, recreational, and educational activities.
