Evergreen Care is seeking a Staff Nurse for Dunboyne Nursing Home, Waynestown, Ireland. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to residents and supporting daily operations in a busy residential setting.

You must be NMBI registered and committed to continuous professional development. The position is part-time with flexible working options, offering competitive pay and opportunities for education and career progression within Evergreen Care.

Ability to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care to Residents.
Assist in the day-to-day management of the Home in line with National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People in Ireland.
Always represent the nursing home and act in the best interest of the nursing home and its residents.
Be self-motivated with a desire to work as part of a team focused on developing improved models of care within the Home.
Be proactive in seeking opportunities for improvements and embrace change.
