Job summary

LSC is seeking a System Owner Engineer for a South Dublin biopharmaceutical company focusing on Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging. The role requires 5+ years in biopharma manufacturing and hands-on AVI/vision system experience.

As System Owner, you will oversee high-speed syringe inspection systems, support FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification and validation, and drive OEE metrics and defect detection improvements. This is a contract opportunity based in South Dublin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with automated visual inspection (AVI) or high-speed inspection lines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or related).

Responsibilities

• Act as System Owner for high-speed automated syringe inspection systems.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Ensure GMP compliance, Annex 1 and data integrity requirements.
• Own system performance metrics including false reject rates, detection capability and OEE.
• Support inspection recipe development and optimisation.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for inspection failures.
