Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage workload of the team and set objectives; track performance against objectives.
  • Ensure client service levels and timely/accurate delivery of reports for dedicated clients.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs; attend internal and external client meetings.
  • Cultivate relationships with Relationship Managers, Client Service Delivery Managers and other Service Managers.
  • Serve as the key client contact for day-to-day queries and issue resolution.
  • Identify and address service issues as they arise; escalate when needed.
  • Provide technical expertise for new or complex products/services and oversee process implementations.
  • Provide management reporting on transactions and service impact to clients.
  • Assist clients, partners, and staff with complex problem resolution.
  • Balance high-level operational execution with strategic direction of business functions.
  • Develop periodic goals, organize work, monitor activities, and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain risk management and compliance programs for the assigned group.
