The GCOA team is responsible for finding, assessing, and developing solutions within Lilly’s business service towers, and advising teams on the most effective approach to leveraging technology to automate and enhance their processes and procedures. Solutions can range from RPA to Power Platform to analytics. This role is responsible for working on data projects as the finance organisation is putting a greater emphasis on data analysis. The role will be working collaboratively with other members of the team and provide expertise in data modelling, schema design, data visualisation and analytics. The individual will be a proactive and driven self‑starter with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels and from a mixture of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
