Job summary

LSports is seeking a talented Trader to join our team in Ireland. You will set up, maintain, and dynamically update market configurations as live events unfold, onboard new client sportsbooks to DEFEND, and lead performance review calls with sportsbook leadership.

Collaborate with Data Science to refine risk models, shape the product roadmap with Product and Engineering, and travel to client sites to deliver platform training and strategic sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Trader or Risk Manager in sportsbook/operator or B2B data supplier.
• Hands-on in market configuration, liability management, and bet delay parameters.
• Data-driven with advanced Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for external stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and update market, limit, and tier configurations for client sportsbooks as live events unfold.
• Analyze trading and risk reports to optimize client and market limits.
• Onboard new sportsbooks to DEFEND and implement trading priorities.
• Lead regular performance review calls with sportsbook leadership.
• Collaborate with Data Science to refine segmentation and risk models.
• Contribute to the product roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Travel to client sites to deliver platform training and strategic advice.
• Train global colleagues and run knowledge-sharing sessions.
