Job summary

Evolve Psychology is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments in Ireland. You will contribute to autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, and related assessments, including private work, under the Assessment of Need pathway and private referrals.

You will deliver comprehensive reports, provide family feedback, and collaborate with clinicians to support timely, accurate diagnoses and effective interventions for

Qualifications

• BSc in Speech and Language Therapy with CORU registration as a SLT.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism/ADHD in children or young people.
• Strong written language skills and ability to produce high-quality clinical reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers.
• Participate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports including diagnostic formulations with smart tools.
• Work to meet service KPIs and provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Able to travel to clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid role).
