West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Spares Assistant for an onsite role in Dublin. The position supports spare parts management, works with Engineering and Purchasing, and involves CMMS data entry and KPI reporting. Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, onsite with a competitive salary and benefits.

The role requires basic production experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork. Eligible for company benefits and compensation plans.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Supports the business in the management of the technical spare parts program ensuring a functioning spares management system capable of meeting the growing demands of the facility reporting to the Toolroom Supervisor.
• Work with Engineering to accurately produce recommended spare and wear parts list.
• Work with Spares Management Team inputting and updating spares on the CMMS system.
• Loading and control of the vertical storage systems.
• Contact vendors for quotes in coordination with Purchasing.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal customer base.
• Work with Spares Management Team on the management of the spare parts budget.
• Work with Spares Management Team on the ownership and reporting of spares KPI & Spares usage.
• Arrange logistics from supplier to the customer.
• Support customer systems where applicable.

Job Summary

Pay Transparency:

The annual base salary range for this position is€35,640.00 - €45,360.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role.

This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment. In addition, team members are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits and total rewards programs applicable to their location and employment status.
