Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dublin is seeking a Spanish (Latam) Quality Expert Reviewer to help keep online spaces safe. You will evaluate user-generated content against platform policies, identify harmful material, and take action under clear guidelines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.

The role requires Spanish Latam at C1 and English at B2, 0–1 year in content moderation, EU citizenship or Irish residency.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish Latam (C1) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Irish residency is required.
• 0–1 year of experience in content moderation or related roles.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to grow within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user content according to platform rules and standards.
• Detect and remove policy-violating material (e.g., violence, hate speech, spam).
• Make fast, accurate decisions following procedures; escalate high-risk cases.
• Record moderation actions clearly in internal tools and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on policy changes.
