An opportunity to join our luxury Rockhill House Spa & Wellness Hotel overlooking Letterkenny, County Donegal. Our passion is health and well-being and we know our therapists are at the heart of that vision, with that in mind we proudly have exceptional training journeys for all our therapists.

Overview of the role

Full & Part Time positions available. Working schedule is from Monday – Sunday, along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to the nature of our business, flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all treatments and services on the spa menu.
• Ensure the guest receives a memorable spa experience.
• Carry out in depth consultations with the guests and give bespoke product recommendations and upsell treatments, and products.
• Maintain Spa standards at all times.
• Retail and Treatment commission based on targets being achieved.

Special Requirements

• Must be guest-focused, friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Must present a professional image.
• Must be well organised.
• Have an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.
• A minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience.
• Capable of providing in-house training on all treatments, guest service, sales skills and product knowledge.
