Location: Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Ireland • Salary: €17.00 – €19.00 per hour (DOE) + Tips • Trial Period: 1-week paid trial (€16/hour) • Start date: 01/12/2025 • Accommodation: Free during trial; €50/week thereafter • Type: Full-Time

About the Role: An experienced Sous Chef is required for a respected, high-quality restaurant in Kenmare, Co. Kerry. This role suits a hands‑on professional who values teamwork, consistency, and high culinary standards. You’ll support the Head Chef in daily operations, lead the kitchen team, and contribute to menu planning and quality control.
