Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.

  • Support in menu development, ensuring consistency in Italian‑inspired dishes.

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

  • Monitor stock levels and control food costs effectively.

  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all food safety regulations.

  • Lead by example during busy service periods to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment.

  • Strong knowledge and genuine passion for Italian cuisine.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on approach.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑standard kitchen.

  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.

  • Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
