This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and creative culinary professional to join a talented team specialising in authentic Italian cuisine, contributing to an exceptional dining experience and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Our client is a well‑established, luxury restaurant known for its commitment to excellence, fresh seasonal produce, and genuine Italian flavours.
Assist the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
Support in menu development, ensuring consistency in Italian‑inspired dishes.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Monitor stock levels and control food costs effectively.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all food safety regulations.
Lead by example during busy service periods to ensure smooth operation.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge and genuine passion for Italian cuisine.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands‑on approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑standard kitchen.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Salary: €40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
