Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Sous Chef to join our Dublin team. You will be preparing delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers in a busy kitchen environment, while identifying opportunities to improve service and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

You will support the team with ordering, stock control and waste reduction, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met and budgets are aligned with targets. We value clear communication and reliable execution.

Location: Dublin, Airfield Estate, Overends Way, Dundrum

Rate of Pay: €43,500 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, some evening work when needed for events

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
• Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported
• Supporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
