Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Solutions Analyst III within the Digital Workflows group to translate business needs into well-defined user stories and manage an agile backlog. You will collaborate across product, engineering, controls, and operations to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Required are a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong BA/SA/PA experience, and solid Agile delivery understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced applied experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role delivering technology solutions.
• Experience balancing customer demands against team capacity to produce and manage a prioritized backlog of requirements.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex requirements into well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), product backlogs, and iterative development.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements with product owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, Controls, and Operations to shape outcomes.
• Own backlog quality end-to-end: story curation, acceptance criteria, dependencies, prioritization.
• Translate workflows into artifacts and map current to target-state requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and document decisions and scope changes.
• Define and coordinate testing approaches with QA and stakeholders; support UAT planning.
• Identify operational gaps and ensure adherence to policies and controls.
• Produce high-quality documentation linking objectives to outcomes.
• Monitor delivery health, track risks, and drive continuous improvement.
