Expleo is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join a major Supply Chain data transformation programme for a leading international retailer. You will provide technical leadership on Databricks, design enterprise‑scale data solutions, and guide Data Engineering teams through the delivery lifecycle to production readiness.

Qualifications

Expleo is seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to join a major Supply Chain data transformation programme for a leading international retailer.

This role will play a key part in delivering one of the organisation’s first production-ready solutions on Databricks, providing technical leadership, architectural direction, and guidance to Data Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a Databricks subject matter expert with a strong track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture for Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Lead the design of data models, integrations, and ETL/ELT solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance on Databricks.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

• Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams on architecture and best practices.
