Qualifications

General Summary

This is a Software Test Engineer position. In this role the candidate works on a team responsible for testing QTI security solutions on Qualcomm chipsets. The role involves a good mix of hands‑on testing of the products and software development of test cases and automation using a combination of C/C++, Python and XML.

Please note this role will require 5 days per week onsite in our Cork office

Responsibilities
  • Design test plan to validate security protocol and algorithm and its interaction with other applications.
  • Develop and implement test applications at both API level and system level using C and C++. Automate test cases in Python.
  • Test execution, troubleshooting and problem resolution on embedded software platforms.
  • Interact in a team environment with developers, system engineers and testers.
