Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Software Engineer to join the ITXE Agentic Engineering team. You will help unify data from various sources into Data360, and build Agentic workflows to improve employee experiences.

You'll write automations using Python, Swift, and Go on AWS and MuleSoft, work with multiple APIs, and collaborate with IT peers to maintain serverless infrastructure. This role is based in Ireland with a focus on data-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AI technologies and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce and Data360 (Data Cloud) or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST) and system integration.
• Experience in cloud and serverless environments, preferably AWS.
• Related technical degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Help unify data sets from osquery and device management tools into a unified Data360 environment.
• Support the build-out of Agentic workflows and automations using Agentforce and Data360 Workflows.
• Write and maintain automations using Python, Swift, and Go on AWS and MuleSoft platforms.
• Work with APIs such as Jamf, Workspace One UEM, FleetDM, SCCM and Intune.
• Partner with IT teams to maintain and troubleshoot serverless AWS infrastructure.

The Experience

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic ITXE Agentic Engineering team. In this role, you'll help integrate IT systems, tools, and data into a unified Data360 environment. You'll work with a variety of platforms and technologies, learning to support seamless integration and operation of our devices as part of an agentic, proactive IT organization.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Help unify data sets from osquery, device management tooling, network logs, and other systems into a unified Data360 environment, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support the build-out of Agentic workflows and automations using Agentforce and Data360 Workflows to improve the employee experience.
• Write and maintain automations using languages like Python, Swift, and Go, running on platforms like MuleSoft and AWS.
• Work with APIs such as Jamf API, Workspace One UEM API, FleetDM API, SCCM API, and Intune API.
• Partner with peer IT teams to help maintain and troubleshoot serverless infrastructure in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Fargate).

You're Our Person If...

• Working knowledge of AI technologies and interest in their applications in automation.
• Some experience with Salesforce and Data360 (Data Cloud), or equivalent platforms.
• Solid understanding of APIs (SOAP, REST) and how they're used to integrate systems.
• Some experience working in cloud and serverless environments, with a preference for AWS.
• A related technical degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Even Better If...

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as BASH, ZSH, PowerShell, or Python.
• Familiarity with integration software such as MuleSoft.
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows and API interactions.
• Interest in building Slack applications and other automation tools.
