MongoDB is offering a 6-month internship in Ireland starting January 2027. Interns will work with full‑time engineers in the Product and Technology organization, contributing production‑level code and learning standard software development practices.

You will receive personalized mentorship from an engineering mentor, guidance from a program advisor, and access to career coaching, health benefits, paid time off, lunch, and networking events. A potential full-time offer may follow the program.

Formación

• Foundation in computer science theory, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Minimum one university semester remaining after internship ends (Spring 2028 or Summer 2028).
• Authorized to work in Ireland; company sponsorship may be available for eligible roles.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with full-time engineers and cross-functional teammates.
• Push production-level code to contribute to MongoDB products and services.
• Learn development methodologies and gain practical software engineering experience.
• Engage in projects that may lead to a full-time offer after the internship.
