Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Software Engineer to deliver secure, scalable software within our Technology team. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot applications, producing architecture artifacts and analyzing large data sets.

You will apply AI/ML, cloud platforms, microservices, and IoT experience to drive secure, reliable solutions across enterprise systems and real estate integrations.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and minimum 3 years applied experience.
• Strong system design, application development, and operational stability skills.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Hands-on work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in microservices, RESTful APIs, and database technologies (relational/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, and Chaos Monkey Testing.
• Skilled in development and testing tools including JUnit, Groovy, Postman, REST Assured, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, and IntelliJ.
• Effective communication across teams and management, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Deep understanding of IoT architectures, protocols, device management, and security best practices.
• Experience with smart building systems, property management platforms, and integration of IoT solutions in commercial and residential real estate.
• Track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure IoT products from concept to launch, including cloud integration and edge computing.
