This is a hands‑on engineering leadership role. You will set technical direction alongside senior engineers, raise the bar on design and operational quality, and develop a team that thrives on hard distributed‑systems problems. The ideal candidate reads code, understands design patterns, and can challenge a design with a concrete alternative. You are equally comfortable in a design review, an operational deep dive, and a one‑on‑one focused on an engineer's growth.
