Job summary

Are you a CORU-registered Social Worker with team leadership or supervisory experience looking for your next opportunity in Ireland?

The Role

As a Social Work Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals, families, and communities while providing professional leadership, supervision and guidance to Social Workers within your team.

You will oversee caseloads, support effective assessment and care planning, provide professional supervision, contribute to safeguarding and child protection processes, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies.

Requirements

• Qualification recognised by CORU for Social Work registration
• Current CORU registration (or eligibility to register)
• Relevant post-qualification Social Work experience
• Previous experience in professional supervision, team leadership or a similar senior Social Work capacity
• Full right to work in Ireland
• Full driving licence desirable for community-based roles
