You will report to Head of Marketing, join a thriving business and alongside an energetic, forward-thinking and creative team.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of the day-to-day management of brand channels, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and brand identity across all platforms
  • Develop and execute channel-specific strategies to grow audiences and strengthen brand loyalty
  • Cross collaborate with wider marketing and eComm teams to optimise campaign ROI
  • Plan, manage, and host TikTok Lives to showcase products and drive sales
  • Lead and mentor a small team of social media execs
  • Support design of paid advertising and affiliate marketing
Requirements
  • c. 2 years experience in social media and/or digital marketing
  • Confidence in front of the camera for video and social media channels
  • Strong design, videography, editing and camera skills
  • Expertise in Meta & TikTok Business Manager, familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
