You’ll ideate, shoot, and edit content, jump on trends, and help brands behave more like creators. Qualifications

• Be obsessed with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and internet culture.
• Have a constant stream of ideas.
• Know how to shoot and edit great social content.
• Understand hooks, formats, trends and what actually drives attention.
• Be comfortable making content quickly - not everything needs a three-week production schedule.
• Be equally happy working from a brief or spotting an opportunity yourself.
• Have strong creative taste, but understand that performance matters too.

Responsibilities

• Come up with ideas and shoot content for social platforms.
• Edit and produce engaging social content for multiple brands.
• Appear on camera when needed and represent brands.
• React quickly to trends and cultural moments.
• Help brands behave more like creators and maintain a social-first mindset.
