Overview

Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in Sligo to support young people in a residential service. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality care to young people in a residential setting.
  • Promote independence and person-centred planning.
  • Contribute to the day to day running of the service.
Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
  • Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  • Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
  • Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures
  • Full Clean Manual Driving License
