CPL Healthcare has partnered with leading providers of intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury services in Naas and surrounding areas. We are seeking experienced Social Care Professionals to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred care in a home-like environment where residents stay connected to family and community.

The ideal candidate will hold NFQ Level 7 in related fields, have residential or day service experience, and be CORU Registered or in the

Qualifications

• Qualification at NFQ Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care or related discipline with disability modules.
• Experience in residential, respite or day service settings with people with intellectual disability.
• CORU Registration as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care in residential settings.
• Support daily living activities and activities to promote social engagement.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and review care.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline)
• Have experienced working in a residential, respite or day service setting with people with and intellectual disability.
• Be CORU Registered as Social Care Worker or in process of registration.
