CPL Healthcare partners with a client delivering high-quality care to young people in Arklow & Avoca, Wicklow. They are seeking a Social Care Worker & Leader to support young people and lead practice in a residential setting.

The role requires a Level 7 in Social Care or relevant, a valid Irish driver’s licence, knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres, and eligibility to work in Ireland; experience with TCIs is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum Level 7 in Social Care or relevant field.
• Full, clean, manual driver’s licence (valid in Ireland).
• Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience with services where TCIs are used.
• Minimum 1 year experience at Social Care grade required for Leader position.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum level 7 in Social Care or relevant
• Full, clean, manual driver's licence (valid in Ireland)
• Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
• Experience working in services within which TCI is used.
• Minimum 1 year experience working at Social Care grade with young persons is required for the Leader position only.
