Job description
Overview

Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. Locations for these services include Galway. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality care to service users in a residential setting; promote independence and person-centred planning; contribute to the day to day running of the service.

Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant
  • Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  • Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
  • Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
  • Full Clean Manual Driving License
