Social Care Worker

What you'll do:

• Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care & independent living skills.
• Assist with community integration: accompany to appointments, social/recreational activities, family visits.
• Support with daily tasks (e.g., cooking, laundry, cleaning), while promoting dignity and self-agency.
• Work as part of a team to plan, record, review and monitor care plans and individual outcomes.
• Uphold and comply with HIQA regulations & standards, best practice, safety, and safeguarding standards.
• Work is a in a residential centre with maximum of 4 residents.
