📢 Are you an experienced Social Care Manager seeking a new challenge?

We are seeking a Person in Charge/Residential Service Manager to lead a Children’s Residential Service in Cork.

This is a full time position with some on-call requirements. We are seeking a Manager who is committed to a child‑centred, relationship‑focused approach grounded in empathy, respect, and consistency. You will oversee the running of two residential centres 30‑40 minutes from Cork City.

📝 Applicants must be CORU registered, and eligible for registration as a PIC with HIQA. You must have a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience in Children's Residential Services (3 of which in management), a QQI level 6 in leadership or working towards the same, plus a full clean driving licence.
