CPL Healthcare, in partnership with a new children's residential service in Tipperary, is seeking an experienced Social Care Leader to join the team. The role focuses on delivering safe, nurturing, and child-centred care within a therapeutic environment and supporting the Management Team in day-to-day operations.

You will provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensure HIQA standards are met, and drive quality of care for children under 12.

Formación

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working within children's services.
• Full clean driver's licence.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice.
