Job summary

Ros Hire and Drain Services LTD in Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon, is seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic. You will diagnose, service and repair petrol engines and a range of garden and light industrial machinery, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair small petrol engines and machinery.
• Repair lawnmowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, generators and concrete mixers.
• Carry out servicing and maintenance on light plant.
• Replace and repair engine components, carburettors, fuel and ignition systems.
• Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Test repaired machinery to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Maintain repair records and follow health and safety procedures.
